Geneva

Travelling to Geneva, I was surprised not see any Alps. They are located farther south in the country. After a short rest, Kathy and I walked to the old League of Nations building. Unfortunately, we arrived too late to visit it, but we still had a pleasant stroll through a very nice city. We then walked towards the lake and witnessed the jet of water not far from the Lakeshore. Actually, I was quite disappointed in this, because it was ho-hum as a fountain. That evening, we found a nice restaurant which served us a fondue bourguignonne for dinner. I believe that was the first time I ate this dish.
